Show-up rate is part of what we manage, not an afterthought. We track booked vs. showed, and on Growth and Scale we set up reminders and missed-call text-back so fewer consults no-show. If show-ups are low, you'll see it in the weekly report and we'll adjust offers, reminders, and audience — we don't hide behind 'we just send leads.'

How much should I budget for ad spend?

Ad spend is separate from our fee and goes straight from your card to Meta/Google — never through us. Most single-location clinics start at $2,000–5,000/mo in ad spend; we recommend a range in your proposal based on your treatments, prices, and goals, and never spend more than the cap you approve.

Every number is published here; the proposal restates your full scope line by line before you pay anything.

How do payments and contracts work?

Proposal first: a 20-minute call, then a fixed-scope proposal in writing. You pay by invoice in USD (bank transfer or Wise) — no card details needed. Rolling monthly with 14 days' notice, and you keep your ad accounts, pixels, data, and every creative. We invoice as an Indian exporter of services with full paperwork.

Do I need a new landing page or booking tool?

Usually a dedicated landing page converts ad traffic far better than your homepage, so we set one up and wire it to instant booking. If you already use a scheduler, we connect to it; if not, we'll recommend a simple one. Either way you own it.
